How does a faerie woman feel when her child is stolen and a human put in its place?

Aeronwy’s precious baby with his pointed ears and hair like an otter’s pelt has vanished—replaced with a golden-haired, pink-cheeked human child. Impervious to her sorrow, her husband will not tell her where her baby has gone.

But Aeronwy refuses to give up. Using a powerful enchanted object passed down through her family, she resolves to find her child and switch the babies back… but unbeknownst to her, the human child’s father has set out on the very same quest.
